Kevin Cahill has been licensed since 1999, and focuses on the historic architecture of Cleveland Heights, Shaker Heights, Downtown Cleveland, Shaker Square and Cleveland's surrounding suburbs. Kevin also specializes in waterfront properties along the shores of Lake Erie, from Sandusky and Vermilion on the west-side to Mentor-on-the-Lake, Geneva-on-the-Lake, and Ashtabula on the east-side.

Kevin has been elected by his fellow Realtors to serve as a Director of the Cleveland Area Board of Realtors through the end of 2011. Previously, Kevin served on the Governmental Affairs committee of CABOR, calling upon elected public officials, including the late Congresswoman Stephanie Tubbs Jones, to advocate for the rights of property owners and to strengthen the real estate industry for the benefit of Realtors and their clients.
Kevin is a talented trainer and educator, and has been certified to teach numerous continuing education courses in Ohio, including "Fair Housing = Good Business" which he wrote to highlight Civil Rights legislation, and "SHIFT: Working with Sellers in a Buyers Market". He is sought after as a Top Producer trainer, leading a seminar series entitled "Your Business is Your Database" and has received certification to lead the Keller Williams Realty International training program entitled "ProManage". Kevin has taught numerous Keller Williams training programs including Camp 4-4-3, Lead Generation 36:12:3, and SHIFT: How Top Real Estate Agents Tackle Tough Times.
Kevin received the prestigious e-PRO Internet Certification, from the National Association of REALTORS, recognizing his technical training in e-commerce and in servicing the real estate needs of today's computer-savvy consumers. And he is recognized by Keller Williams Realty International as an accredited member of eAGENTc, KW's own electronic agent consortium.
Kevin is also an Accredited Buyer Representative, a designation that recognizes his additional education and training in serving the needs of home buyers. He is also a member of the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council.
